Diamond Tower is a new high-rise building located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in Africa, with a height of 200 meters and 45 floors. The Diamond Tower is being developed by the Al Ahly Sabbour Development Company, one of the leading real estate developers in Egypt.

The Diamond Tower is a mixed-use development that will feature luxury apartments, offices, and retail spaces. The tower will have a total built-up area of 100,000 square meters, with 70,000 square meters dedicated to residential units and 30,000 square meters for commercial spaces.

The residential units in the Diamond Tower will range from one to four-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 70 to 300 square meters. The apartments will feature high-end finishes and modern amenities, including smart home technology, central air conditioning, and panoramic views of the city.

The commercial spaces in the Diamond Tower will include offices and retail spaces. The tower will have a dedicated business center with meeting rooms, conference rooms, and a co-working space. The retail spaces will include high-end boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

The Diamond Tower will also feature a range of amenities for residents and visitors, including a
