Doja New Capital Egypt is a new residential development in Egypt's New Administrative Capital. The project is located in the East of the New Capital, close to the Suez Canal and the Mediterranean Sea. It is spread over an area of over 3,500 acres and will feature a variety of residential units, ranging from apartments to villas. The project is expected to be completed by 2023. It will feature a large number of amenities, including shopping malls, schools, hospitals, parks, and entertainment centers. It will also feature a number of green spaces, including a large man-made lake. The project is being developed by Doja Group, a leading real estate development company in Egypt.
