Double Two Tower is a new landmark in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, which is a planned city located 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The tower is a mixed-use development that will house commercial, residential, and hospitality facilities.

The Double Two Tower is being developed by the Double Two for Real Estate Development Company, a subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian company Al Murjan Group. The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which has designed some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York.

The Double Two Tower will have a height of 385 meters, making it one of the tallest buildings in Africa and the Middle East. The tower will have 90 floors, with a total built-up area of 230,000 square meters. The tower will have a unique design, with two towers joined together by a sky bridge at the 60th floor. The sky bridge will have a swimming pool, a restaurant, and an observation deck, providing visitors with stunning views of the city.
