East Tower by UC Development is a new development located in New Capital Egypt. The tower offers luxury living spaces, state-of-the-art amenities, and stunning views of the city.

Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), East Tower is set to become a landmark in New Capital Egypt. The tower will stand at 388 meters tall, making it the tallest building in Africa and the Middle East.

In addition to the luxury living spaces, East Tower will offer its residents an array of amenities. The tower will feature a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and lounge area—all located on a dedicated amenity floor.

The tower will also feature a Sky Bridge, connecting the two towers at a height of 300 meters above the ground. The Sky Bridge will feature a restaurant and an observation deck, offering residents and visitors breathtaking views of the city.
