ICity New Cairo is a large-scale, mixed-use development located in the 6th of October City in Egypt. The project is divided into two phases, with the first phase covering an area of approximately 5.5 million square meters and the second phase covering an area of approximately 4.5 million square meters. The development includes residential and commercial components, as well as a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities. The project also includes a range of amenities such as a shopping mall, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, and a hotel. The development is set to be completed in 2021.
