The Kanyon Tower New Capital Egypt is a high-rise office building located in the heart of Egypt’s new administrative capital. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) Architects, the tower stands 208m tall with 38 floors. The tower is set to be one of the largest commercial developments in Egypt and a key destination within the new capital.

The tower will house the corporate headquarters of many prominent corporate entities, as well as provide private office spaces for rent. Additionally, the building will feature a retail center, entertainment venues and restaurants, offering a variety of amenities for visitors and employees. It will be connected to the rest of the city through two dedicated metro lines, creating a seamless transportation system.

The construction of the tower began in 2018, with the completion expected to take place in 2021. The tower is expected to become one of the most iconic structures of the new capital. It will be the first international-level green building in Egypt, being certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and having an energy efficiency rating of 45%.
