The Kanyon Tower is designed by the renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which is responsible for some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York City. The tower's design is inspired by the Nile River and the ancient Egyptian obelisks, with a sleek and modern twist.

The tower's façade is made of glass and steel, with a unique pattern of vertical fins that provide shade and reduce solar heat gain. The fins are also designed to create a dynamic visual effect, as they appear to change color and shape depending on the angle of the sun and the viewer's perspective.

The Kanyon Tower will offer a mix of residential and commercial spaces, with luxury apartments on the upper floors and office spaces on the lower floors.
