Dubai Development New Capital Egypt has recently announced the launch of their latest project, the Obsidier Tower. Located in the heart of New Administrative Capital, the Obsidier Tower is set to become one of the most iconic landmarks in Egypt.
The tower is designed to be a mixed-use development, comprising of residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. With a height of 385 meters, the Obsidier Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Egypt, offering breathtaking views of the city.
The tower will feature 60 floors, with the first 20 floors dedicated to commercial and entertainment spaces. The remaining floors will be used for residential purposes, with a total of 800 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.
