Dubai Development New Capital Egypt has recently announced the launch of its latest project, the Obsidier Tower, in the heart of Egypt's new administrative capital. The tower is set to become one of the most iconic landmarks in the city, offering a unique blend of luxury and modernity.

The Obsidier Tower is a 60-story skyscraper that will feature a mix of residential and commercial units. The tower will be built on a 10,000 square meter plot of land and will have a built-up area of 200,000 square meters. The tower's design is inspired by the obsidian stone, which is known for its strength and durability.
