The Obsidier Tower is a new landmark in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is a 385-meter-high skyscraper that is set to become the tallest building in Africa upon completion. The Obsidier Tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and is inspired by the ancient Egyptian obelisks. The tower's design features a sleek, tapered form that rises up to a pointed top, resembling the shape of an obelisk.

The tower will have 100 floors, with a total floor area of 200,000 square meters. The tower will house a luxury hotel, residential apartments, office spaces, and retail outlets. The tower will also have an observation deck on the top floor, offering panoramic views of the New Administrative Capital and the surrounding areas.
