Stei8ht New Cairo is a mixed-use real estate development located in New Cairo, Egypt. The project is being developed by Tatweer Misr, an Egyptian government-owned investment firm. It covers an area of 2.4 million square meters and will include residential, commercial, cultural, and educational components.

The first phase of the development will feature 1,700 residential units, including apartments, villas, and townhouses, as well as commercial facilities such as a shopping mall, a business park and a hotel.

The second phase of the project will include a Medical City and a Financial District, featuring a range of corporate offices, and a Sports City with sports club, swimming pools and a sports park for basketball and football.

In addition, Stei8ht New Cairo will have a public park, an integrated transport network, an equestrian club, cycling and walking trails, an art center, and an education and research center.

The project is planned to be completed by 2021, and it is expected to become a major hub for businesses, families and tourists from both Egypt and abroad.
