It consists of three distinct districts: Uptown Cairo, Uptown Mall, and Uptown Residences. Uptown Cairo is a mixed-use development that includes a shopping mall, a hotel, a business park, and a variety of residential units. Uptown Mall is a shopping and entertainment destination, featuring a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Uptown Residences is a residential complex that offers a variety of apartments and villas. The project is being developed by Emaar Properties, a leading real estate developer in the Middle East. Uptown Cairo is expected to be completed in 2021.
